The Bubbly Aesthetic operates under strict medical protocols. All procedures are performed by Bubble Multani, BSN, RN, NP-S, operating within the scope of practice defined by the New York State Office of the Professions. Our priority is patient safety. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a procedure is deemed unsafe or medically contraindicated for a specific patient.
Informed Consent
Aesthetic procedures involve risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, and rare adverse reactions. A full medical history intake and informed consent form must be completed prior to any treatment. Patients are responsible for disclosing all medications and medical conditions.
Cancellation & Financial Policy
Cancellations: We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeiture of deposit.
Refunds: All sales are final. Payment is for the professional service, product, and time allocated. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, regardless of the aesthetic outcome, as results vary by individual.
